Compact programmable disc player
DSG02 is a compact electro-pneumatic semi-automatic machine. It allows discs of a predetermined height or number to be cut from cheese wheels. Cutting is carried out by means of harmonic wire and, if necessary, after scoring the crust with a rotating blade.
